Before we engage with you, a detailed analysis of your requirement is undertaken, alongside an equally thorough review of the nature of your business, your unique risks, constraints and goals. Unusually, part of this process also specifically addresses the most efficient costing model of each particular project. BC Transform makes no charge for this pre-engagement service because it is of great benefit to partner and client alike. We will subsequently nominate and introduce you to a BCT Partner or a BCT Team dependent upon the nature and scale of each project and will remain entirely upfront in situations where we believe that we may not represent your best option.

With this transparency, a clear definition of scope and a jointly-agreed invoicing model, BC Transform engagements are characterised by their efficiency, low risk and low stress.
